Dr. Jennifer Hesterman, Colonel, U.S. Air Force (retired), served in three Pentagon tours, and commanded in the field multiple times during her distinguished military career. Robert B. Stephan

Mr. Stephan is Executive Vice President of CRA, Inc. an Alexandria, Virginia-based homeland security consulting firm. Previously, Mr. Stephan served as the Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security for Infrastructure Protection, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, from 2005 to 2008. In this capacity he was responsible for the Department's efforts to conduct risk-based assessments of our national critical infrastructure, develop the National Infrastructure Protection Plan and coordinate risk-based strategies and protective measures to secure our infrastructures from terrorist attack, as well as enable their timely restoration in the aftermath of natural disasters and other emergencies.
