Meet Our Recruiting and Onboarding Team
Our Director of Recruiting, Emily Eskelsen, is looking forward to reviewing your resume and application. Emily has over twelve years of experience providing highly technical recruiting and staffing solutions to organizations in the private and public sectors. With over a decade of experience specifically inside of the federal government marketplace, Emily is specialized at crafting and executing large scale recruitment strategies in support of the DOD special access and intelligence communities, where she has a built an expansive professional network and has a solid track record of performance. She has a proactive and consultative approach to talent acquisition with a focus on customer service and candidate experience. Emily is responsible for the development and delivery of a customer-centric recruiting program.
Emily has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Elon University and maintains a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification through the Human Resources Certification Institute.
Watermark’s Director of Human Resources, Dr. Tony Limato, is standing by to onboard you as soon as you accept our offer of employment. Tony has over a decade of experience counseling individuals as they transition between career paths. He’s ready to help guide you through the onboarding paperwork, assist you with Watermark technology and answer questions you have about our robust benefit offerings.
Dr. Limato will connect you with the tools and resources you need to perform your job duties and ensure that you are set up for success on your first day with Watermark. Dr. Limato will continue to support you throughout your relationship with Watermark and will remain as a go-to resource for all your employment needs. Dr. Limato has several years’ experience as a small business owner, in addition to being an Assistant Professor and Biology Program Director. He holds a Doctorate in Chiropractic and a Bachelors in Human Biology from the National University of Health Sciences.
