TRIANGLE, VA. (May 27, 2021)—Watermark Risk Management International, a leading provider of security and risk management consulting services, is pleased to announce the expansion of their executive team by welcoming Vinson Lively to the position of Vice President of Business Development.
Mr. Lively brings critical skills in process development and implementation, as well as a deep knowledge of the security industry to Watermark. He has over 20 years of business and capture development experience specializing in intelligence and counterintelligence programs, security program services, and engineering. He has won more than $1.5B in new and recompete business over the past 20 years.

Mr. Lively comes to Watermark from Xator Corporation where he served as the Senior Capture Manager for corporate-level strategic opportunities. His expertise includes complex technical aspects of security integration and the development of new national security programs.
