Magazine’s 5000 list of America’s fastest growing private companies for 2021. It is one of the most prestigious honors for private businesses and business leaders in the United States. Since 1982, the Inc. 5000 list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the U.S. economy’s most dynamic segment—independent small businesses.
This achievement puts Watermark in rarefied company. We can now count ourselves among other distinguished firms who have made the list over the years, including Microsoft, Timberland, Vizio, Intuit, Chobani and Oracle. According to Inc. 5000, this year’s growth among private business was staggering. Collectively, the 5,000, the average median three-year growth rate soared to 543 percent, and median revenue reached $11.1 million. Together, the winning companies added more than 610,000 jobs over the past three years.
