Watermark’s ideal candidate possesses a minimum of five years of risk-management, security, continuity of operations or emergency-management planning experience, or experience in federal government proposal capture, management, or writing. Professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, BCP, CEM, and CRM are a plus, as is a current DOE or DoD security clearance.
